History
Established in 2005 by Paige Plampin Welch. THE SALES OFFICE, Inc. #TSO was founded and partnered in 2022 with colleagues Amber Sloan, Christy Rahall, and Erin Helms with the principle that human capital is the greatest investment you can ever make.

THE SALES OFFICE, Inc. #TSO is not an outsourced sales team but instead a managed hotel sales department accountable for generating revenue through its local markets, national qualification and brand training and certification.

THE SALES OFFICE, Inc. #TSO prides itself in providing immediate, personal, honest, and professional hospitality sales service. Our sales teams take pride in supporting General Managers in budget successes, assisting front desk agents in delivering a promised service guarantee, and delivering immediate professional hospitality service to valued travelers. Our sales teams are invaluable.
