History
Founded in 2005 by Paige Plampin Welch, THE SALES OFFICE, Inc. (#TSO) was built on a simple truth: people drive performance.
In 2022, TSO expanded through partnership with trusted company colleagues Christy Rahall and Erin Helms—adding depth, discipline, and scale. We are not outsourced sales. We operate as a managed hotel sales department—accountable for revenue, market share, and brand-certified execution. Our teams work the business the right way: locally in the market, nationally where it matters, and inside brand standards.
We deliver practical, hands-on hospitality sales leadership. That means supporting General Managers in hitting budget, reinforcing front-desk execution, protecting the guest experience, and driving demand that actually shows up on the P&L. No fluff. No excuses. Just results.
Sales is not overhead.
